Ingredients
-
4 pieces Mushrooms, shiitake, fresh
-
2 twigs Parsley, fresh
-
1 piece Lemongrass
-
1 can Bamboo shoots, soaked
-
100 g Lentils, sprouts
-
1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh
-
1 piece Carrot, fresh
-
400 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
1 spoon Koruzni škrob
-
4 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
5 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
2 spoons Oil, sesame
Steps
-
Place a pot on the stove and bring water to a boil. Thoroughly rinse the shiitake mushrooms, pour boiling water over them, and wait about 30 minutes for them to swell.
-
Remove the parsley leaves from the stem, dry them, and finely chop. Also, rinse and chop the lemongrass stalk. Thoroughly drain the bamboo shoots and then slice them into thin strips. Rinse the soybean sprouts well and drain.
-
Rinse the bell pepper and cut it into four pieces. Remove the seeds and slice it into thin strips. Peel the carrot and cut it into smaller pieces. Rinse the chicken breast and slice it into thin strips. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth and add the meat strips.
-
Place a wok on the stove and heat a few drops of sunflower oil. While constantly stirring, add the bell pepper, bamboo shoots, soybean sprouts, and carrot. Make sure they are well-seared. Then add the mixture of chicken, cornstarch, and soy sauce, along with the shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry everything for five minutes, and for a spicier flavor, add sesame oil, chopped parsley, and chopped lemongrass stalk.
-
Mix the ingredients and serve on plates.

Advice
You can play around with a mix of five spices that promise a spicier flavor – ground fennel, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, and star anise. Chili is also a good choice.
