Chorizo with Cheese
This dish is similar to pizza, but its not. The base is made of tortillas, which are topped with a lot of cheese and crumbled spicy sausage called Chorizo.

Steps

Peel the sausage and crumble the meat into small pieces with your fingers. Pour a little oil into a pan, heat it, and fry the sausage pieces well. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Grate the cheese into a bowl and mix it with your fingers. Spread a little oil on a baking dish, place the tortillas on it, and evenly distribute the chorizo sausage on top. Leave an empty edge, like with pizza. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. The cheese should melt, and the tortillas should become crispy.

Wash the tomato and lettuce. Dice the tomatoes and slice the lettuce into thin strips. Stack the tortillas on a plate one on top of the other, and top each with tomato and lettuce. Cut into triangles like a pizza. Serve with your chosen sauce (green-red sauce).

Advice
You can also add red pepper, chilies, etc. to the tortillas. Chorizo can be replaced with another spicy sausage.
