-
250 g Butter, unsalted
-
90 g chocolate, dark
-
180 g Sugar, white
-
2 bags Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
115 g Cheese, creamy
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
65 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Ganache
-
170 g chocolate, dark
-
6 spoon Sweet cream
-
3 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
16 pieces Strawberries
-
150 ml Sweet cream
-
1 bag Sugar, white
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease a square baking pan with butter.
-
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it together with butter in a double boiler. Once the ingredients have melted, gently mix them, remove from heat, and let cool until lukewarm. Mix sugar, mascarpone, and eggs into the lukewarm chocolate.
-
Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add salt, mix well, then incorporate the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
-
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. The brownie is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
-
Remove the pan from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Let the brownie cool completely.
-
Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat just before the cream boils. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, wait 30 seconds, then mix thoroughly until smooth and thick. Spread the ganache evenly over the cooled brownie.
-
Whip the sweet cream and sweeten it with vanilla sugar. Transfer it to a piping bag. Wash the strawberries and cut off the stems. Dry them on paper towels. Cut the brownie into 16 pieces and arrange them on a nice plate or platter. Pipe a dollop of cream onto the center of each piece, place a strawberry on top, and decorate with a small swirl of cream (see picture). Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
