Steps

Chop the dates, apricots, and candied cherries into smaller pieces.

In a food processor, mix the dates, apricots, cranberries, candied cherries, and candied orange and lemon peel. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add ground almonds, cinnamon, honey, and orange liqueur. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

Shape the cooled mixture into balls of any size using your hands. Place the prepared balls in paper cups. Arrange the balls on a large serving plate or platter and serve.

Advice
