Ingredients
-
250 ml Milk, whole milk
-
50 g chocolate, dark
-
1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
1 spoon Sugar, brown
-
2 teaspoons Koruzni škrob
-
1 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
100 ml Sweet cream
-
1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe
-
pieces Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
pieces Sugar, white
Steps
-
Coarsely chop the chocolate with a sharp knife. In a small bowl, smoothly mix two teaspoons of cornstarch and one tablespoon of water.
-
Whip the sweet cream with a hand whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and pour in the cream liqueur, then mix everything well to create a uniform cream.
-
Place a pot of milk on the stove. Add the chocolate, cocoa, a pinch of cinnamon, and brown sugar. Heat slowly over low heat, stirring with a hand whisk or spatula until the milk becomes frothy and small bubbles start to form on the sides of the pot.
-
Slowly mix the cornstarch and water mixture into the hot milk. Cook the hot chocolate over moderate heat, stirring constantly, for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens appropriately. In the end, you should have a shiny, velvety, and medium-thick mixture.
-
Pour the hot chocolate into a cup. Garnish it with whipped cream, sugar sprinkles, and cocoa. Serve the prepared drink immediately.
