Ingredients
Biscuit
-
400 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
6 pieces Egg, fresh
-
5 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
4 teaspoon Baking powder
-
3 dl Milk, whole milk
-
400 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
500 ml Sweet cream
-
1000 g Cheese, creamy
-
6 pieces Kiwi, fresh
-
1 piece Pineapple, fresh
-
1 piece Strawberries
-
pieces chocolate, dark
-
1 piece Candied fruit
Steps
-
First, bake the chocolate sponge cake. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one - each time you add one, mix the batter well. Add cocoa, milk, and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything well and bake in a large baking dish lined with parchment paper at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes (depending on the oven). To check if the cake is baked, insert a toothpick into it. If it comes out dry, the cake is done.
-
Let the baked cake cool completely and crumble it into crumbs with your hands. Prepare the other ingredients needed for the layered dessert. Whip the sweet cream and mix the mascarpone with vanilla seeds. Peel the kiwis and pineapple and slice them into rings.
-
In a large glass bowl, first layer the chocolate crumbs and cover them with a layer of mascarpone. Follow with a layer of fruit, then a layer of chocolate crumbs, a layer of cream, a layer of fruit, and again a layer of chocolate crumbs. Repeat the sequence until all the ingredients are used, making sure to finish with a layer of sweet cream. Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the cream. Decorate the dessert with cocktail cherries and refrigerate for a few hours to cool well.
