Ingredients

70 g Nuts, almonds

50 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

3 handfuls Coriander, leaves, fresh

Steps

Place the almonds on a cutting board and roughly chop them. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Wash the cilantro leaves if necessary and dry them well with paper towels.

In a food processor, first coarsely mix the almonds, garlic, and Parmesan. Then add the cilantro and mix until an almost smooth mixture is formed.

Finally, add the juice of half a lime, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything just enough to combine the ingredients well.

Advice
