Ingredients

300 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

120 g Sugar, white

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

200 g Butter, unsalted

2 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

2 spoons Sour cream

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground

0.5 teaspoons Lemon zest, fresh
Steps

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg yolk, sour cream, and lemon zest. Mix everything well until you get a uniform mixture. In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon (mix well). Use the spiral attachments and gradually add the flour to the butter mixture while mixing. Mix until you get a uniform dough without lumps. Cover the dough and let it rest in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to 3 mm thick and cut out heart shapes.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool, then arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
