Ingredients

25 dag Kumquat, fresh

2 piece Grapefruit, pink, fresh

4 pieces Orange, fresh

2 piece Tangerine

2 piece Lime, fresh

50 dag Sugar, white

Steps

Thoroughly wash the kumquats, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. Peel the grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, and lemons with a sharp knife, then remove the bitter white pith.

Peel the fruit, then cut it into small pieces, transfer it to a multipractical blender, and blend well. Place a pot on the stove and pour the blended fruit into it. Add water and gelling sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.

Prepare clean jars and fill them to the brim with the prepared marmalade. Then store them in a dry and dark place.
