Ingredients
-
25 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 kg Grapes, red and yellow, fresh
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
70 g Nuts, almonds
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
120 ml Sweet cream
-
150 ml Milk, whole milk
-
30 g Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease a round pie dish or a larger ovenproof dish (approximately 26 cm in diameter) well with butter. Rinse the grapes under running water and drain well.
-
Spread about two-thirds of the grapes evenly over the bottom of the dish. In a larger bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar, vanilla sugar, ground almonds, cream, and milk. Mix the ingredients in the bowl with an electric mixer until you have a smooth batter without lumps. Carefully pour the batter into the dish and sprinkle the remaining grapes on top.
-
Place the dish in the oven for about 35 minutes, until the batter sets and the top is lightly browned.
-
Once the clafoutis is baked, let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Before serving, generously dust it with powdered sugar.
