Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni, whole grain

150 g Cheese, cottage cheese

350 g Tomato, red

1 piece Onion, raw

2 pod Garlic, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the garlic and onion, and finely chop them.

Place a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil on the stove. Quickly sauté the garlic until it turns golden brown. Then remove it from the oil, and add the tomatoes and onion to the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook over moderate heat for exactly 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then add the cottage cheese to the sauce and mix well.

Meanwhile, place a pot with about 1 liter of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well, serve it on plates, fill it with the prepared sauce, and offer it to your guests.
