Ingredients

5 pieces Egg, egg white, fresh

250 g Coconut, flakes

150 g Sugar, white

2 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural

25 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
Steps

In a large bowl, place the egg whites and coconut flour. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and flour, then mix everything well.

Place the pot on the stove and pour the prepared mixture into it. Cook the mixture over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from sticking. Once the mixture thickens, remove the pot from the stove.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line two low baking trays with parchment paper. Using clean hands, shape the mixture into small bites, pressing them firmly together, and place them on the prepared trays. You can also use a spoon to place the bites on the tray. Place the trays with the coconut bites in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.

Once the cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely on the tray. Arrange the cooled cookies on a serving plate or store them in an airtight container.
