Coconut Cream with Strawberries
Instead of sweet cream, we use coconut cream and mix it with Greek yogurt. The result is a delicate, refreshing, and wonderfully fragrant cream that we spoon into glasses, garnish with any fresh fruit, and serve. Could it be any simpler?

300 ml Sweet cream

250 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

400 g Strawberries

If necessary, quickly rinse the strawberries under running water, clean them, and cut them into pieces of any size.

Whip the coconut cream firmly with an electric mixer. Slowly mix the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream. Add a little powdered sugar if needed.

Fill the glasses halfway with the prepared cream. Add some strawberries, then fill the glasses almost to the top with the remaining cream, and sprinkle the remaining strawberries on top. The prepared dessert can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator and well chilled before serving.
