Ingredients
-
280 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
0.25 teaspoons Baking powder
-
120 g Coconut, flakes
-
150 g Butter, unsalted
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
120 g chocolate, dark
-
1 teaspoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. Mix the sifted ingredients well. Add the cubed butter, coconut flour, sugar, and egg, and quickly knead the ingredients into a uniform dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thoroughly clean the work surface and lightly flour it. Roll the dough into a long log and cut it into equal pieces with the blunt side of a knife. Shape the dough pieces into crescents with cold hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the crescents in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until they turn a delicate golden brown.
-
Meanwhile, melt the chopped chocolate with oil in a double boiler. Dip the ends of the baked crescents into the melted chocolate. Place them on parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate completely hardens.
