Coconut Crumble with Mango and Peaches

800 g Peach, compote

500 g Juice, mango

160 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

80 g Sugar, brown

80 g Coconut, flakes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round pie dish well with butter. Drain the peaches and mango well and cut them into smaller pieces, then toss them in a bowl and mix well. Place the fruit pieces in the greased dish, spreading them evenly across the bottom.

In a bowl, mix coconut flour, sugar, and regular flour. Add the butter pieces to the mixture. Use your fingertips to rub the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the fruit in the dish.

Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crumbs on top turn golden brown.

Once the dessert is baked, remove it from the oven and serve it warm on plates, accompanied by a scoop of homemade ice cream or whipped cream.
