Ingredients
-
340 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
150 g Coconut, flakes
-
270 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
2 piece Sugar, white
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
pieces Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
Steps
-
Mix plain flour, coconut flour, softened butter, regular sugar, vanilla sugar, and an egg to form a dough. If the dough seems too hard, add a little more butter. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Shape the cooled dough into balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave a few centimeters of space between them as they will spread slightly during baking. Use a wine cork or spoon to make a small indentation in the center of each ball.
-
Bake the coconut balls in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
-
Use a piping bag to drizzle chocolate spread over the cooled balls. Serve the prepared kisses on a large plate or platter and enjoy.
