Coconut Panna Cotta
Preparing panna cotta is so simple that even those who are not very skilled in the kitchen can give it a try. This dessert, which charms with its pleasant taste and coconut aroma, is suitable for all seasons because we dont need to turn on the oven to make it, and its also an excellent choice for hot summer days. As for decoration, you can use fresh berries in addition to coconut, and the dessert will be very appealing if you garnish it with a coconut ball just before serving.

2 teaspoons Gelatin powder, unsweetened

0.5 piece Coconut milk

250 ml Sweet cream

60 g Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
Steps

In a small bowl, mix the gelatin and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell.

Pour the coconut milk and sweet cream into a saucepan. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and heat over medium heat while stirring occasionally until all the sugar dissolves. Be careful not to let the mixture boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir the gelatin into the hot mixture. Make sure to mix well so that all the gelatin dissolves.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert and fill them almost to the top with the liquid. Let it cool to room temperature, then cover the glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the panna cotta to fully cool and set.

Before serving, garnish the dessert with shredded coconut, fresh fruit, or coconut or chocolate balls.
