500 g Fish, pollen, fresh

4 dl Oil, olive

2 pod Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Parsley, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Rinse the cod and dry it with a paper towel. Then pound it with a kitchen mallet and leave it soaked in water overnight.

The next day, cook the fish until tender, then remove the bones and skin. Crumble the meat and place it in a bowl. Heat two deciliters of oil and pour it over the meat. Cover the bowl and let the meat soak.

Chop parsley and garlic and add them to the fish meat. Mix the mixture until it becomes creamy. Then add salt and pepper (to taste). Add the remaining oil (cold) to the mixture as needed.

Advice
