Ingredients

350 g Walnuts

4 teaspoon Nuts, hazelnuts

330 g Sugar, white

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

3 spoons Coffee, espresso

5 spoon Water
Steps

Place a small pot on the stove and add about 5 tablespoons of water and 280 g of sugar. Stir constantly and wait for the sugar to dissolve, then remove the syrup from the heat and mix in the walnuts. Shape the mixture into balls.

Place another small pot with half a liter of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Place a bowl on top of the pot. Add cocoa powder to the bowl and mix it with three tablespoons of brewed coffee and the remaining sugar. Cook well until the sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved, then let the glaze cool.

Roll each ball in the glaze, then in coarsely ground hazelnuts. Arrange them on a tray and serve to your guests.
