Coffee Cinnamon Cream
A festive dessert without baking, which is quick and easy to prepare. Essentially, you just need to whip the cream and mix it with the other ingredients, then chill the cream in the refrigerator for a few hours. This dessert is perfect as a treat after a holiday meal, and you can also enjoy it while waiting to ring in the New Year.

Ingredients

50 ml Coffee, espresso

1 spoon Sugar, white

2 piece Gelatin powder, unsweetened

200 ml Sweet cream

1 spoon Powdered sugar

1 spoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Let them sit for 5 minutes to soften. Then drain the soaked leaves and dissolve them in a water bath or microwave.

Mix the melted gelatin with coffee and a tablespoon of sugar.

Pour the cream into a bowl and add cinnamon and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form. Then fold in the coffee mixture.

Transfer the prepared cream into the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. Fill them up to three-quarters, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the cream to cool and set properly.

Decorate the dessert as desired with cookies, grated chocolate, caramelized nuts, etc., before serving.
