Coffee Cream
Without a doubt, everyone knows coffee with cream, but not everyone knows that you can prepare whipped cream with a coffee flavor. Essentially, this is a process that confectioners professionally call infusion, where the fats in the cream can absorb almost any flavor. This time, we will "flavor" them with coffee.

Ingredients
-
1 l Sweet cream
-
50 g Coffee, espresso
-
2 piece Spices, caraway seeds
-
100 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Pour the cream into a pot and slowly start heating it. In a kitchen grinder (or mortar), coarsely crush the coffee beans. Add the crushed beans along with the star anise to the pot with the cream. Heat the cream to 80 degrees Celsius (if you don't have a kitchen thermometer, you can help yourself by observing the pot against the light - when steam starts rising from it, the cream is heated enough).
-
Remove the pot from the heat and strain the cream. Mix in the finely chopped chocolate into the strained cream. Then, cover the cream and let it cool to room temperature.
-
Pour the cooled cream into a storage container, seal it tightly, and place it in the refrigerator. Let the cream cool well (it should be in the refrigerator for at least two hours or preferably overnight).
-
Whip the cooled cream with an electric mixer, serve it in cups, garnish, and serve.

Advice
Star anise, or the star anise fruit, is a small star-shaped fruit that grows on evergreen trees in southern and southeastern Asia. It is a spice most commonly known in Chinese cuisine but is increasingly being used in confectionery as well.
