4 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened

5 spoon Water

30 pieces Sugar, white

0.5 l Coffee, espresso

120 g Sweet cream

Prepare a small bowl, pour cold water into it, and soak the gelatin sheets in it. Place a small pot on the stove, add 5 tablespoons of water to it. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves to create a sugar syrup.

Then, squeeze the gelatin sheets well and add them to the sugar syrup. Pour in the coffee and stir until the gelatin dissolves and the drink thickens. Pour the prepared jelly into glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Meanwhile, whip the sweet cream in a separate bowl.

Fill a piping bag with the sweet cream and pipe it onto the prepared coffee jellies. Decorate with white chocolate and chocolate drops shaped like coffee beans if desired.
