Steps

Wash the green peppers and dry them with paper towels. Carefully cut off the stems and remove the seeds from the inside.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs. Chop the egg whites into pieces and crumble the yolks into a bowl with your fingers. Mix them with softened butter and cream cheese.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Cut the salami and red pepper into pieces, and chop the parsley.

Add the chopped egg whites, onion, salami, red pepper, and parsley to the bowl with the yolk mixture. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste and mix the ingredients well.

Stuff the peppers with the prepared mixture. Wrap them in plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator for a few hours. When ready to serve, slice them and offer them with sliced bread.
