Thoroughly wash the beef, dry it, and clean it. Cut the meat into 2 cm pieces. Wash all three types of bell peppers well, remove the seeds, and cut them into equally sized pieces. Peel the onion and also cut it into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, 4 tablespoons of oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the beef pieces to the bowl and mix them well with the marinade. Let the meat marinate for two hours.

Place a pan on the stove and heat a tablespoon of oil. Add the marinated beef pieces to the hot oil and cook for about 8 minutes. Turn the meat while cooking to ensure it browns evenly on all sides. It is recommended not to overcrowd the pan, so it's better to cook the meat in smaller batches. Once cooked, transfer the meat to a plate.

Alternately thread the cooked beef pieces and the bell pepper and onion pieces onto wooden skewers. Follow the color sequence shown in the picture. Serve the skewers on plates and present them to your guests along with the chosen side dish.
