Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and separate it into individual florets. Place a large pot on the stove and bring about 2.5 liters of water to a boil. Salt the water to taste and add the cauliflower. Cook for another 8 minutes, then add the pasta and cook for the exact time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the chili pepper and peel the garlic, then finely chop both. Grate the sheep cheese, and wash and chop the parsley.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and chili pepper in the oil until well cooked. Drain the cooked pasta with cauliflower and transfer it to the pan. Mix everything well with a spatula. Finally, add the grated sheep cheese, parsley, and salt, and mix all the ingredients well again. Serve in bowls and present to your guests.
