250 ml Water

2 dl Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

Wash the rhubarb, peel it, and cut it into pieces. Place a larger pot on the stove, add the rhubarb, sprinkle it with sugar, and pour in water.

Turn the stove to medium heat and cook the rhubarb until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir constantly while cooking. Then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer gently for another 15 minutes. After that, uncover the pot and stir well.

Let the rhubarb cool slightly, then spoon it into serving bowls, add a tablespoon or two of yogurt, and serve.
