Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, pork, curry without bones
-
4 slice Ham, pressed
-
4 slice Cheese, Gouda
-
4 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
pieces Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
Wash the cutlets and dry them well. Pound them well on both sides, cut halfway through, and open them up to create meat pockets. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
-
Fill each pocket with a slice of ham and cheese. Close the pockets and secure the ends with toothpicks to prevent them from opening during cooking.
-
Place flour, breadcrumbs, and beaten eggs on three separate plates. Coat the cutlets first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
-
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in it. Fry for five minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the fried cutlets on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess fat. Arrange the cutlets on plates and serve.

Advice
Instead of pork, you can use chicken, turkey, or veal. Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or high-quality oil with a high smoke point. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around the wooden handle of a spoon dipped into the hot oil.
