Ingredients

2 cans Corn, yellow, in brine

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

6 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried

Steps

Place the corn in a colander and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Remove the roots and wilted parts from the onions, then rinse and finely chop them. Rinse the chili and remove the stem, peel the ginger. Cut both into very small pieces.

Rinse the cilantro under running water and dry it. Pluck the leaves and finely chop them. Prepare a large bowl and add the onion, ginger, cilantro, corn, and salt. Beat the egg and add it to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.

Shape the mixture into small croquettes using slightly moistened hands. Prepare a bowl with breadcrumbs and coat each croquette separately. Then place a pan on the stove and heat the oil very well. Fry the croquettes in the hot oil at medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side.

Once the croquettes are ready, serve them on plates, offer a suitable side dish, and serve the meal.

Advice
