4 pieces Corn, yellow, fresh

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

1 bouquet Thyme, raw

1 twig Parsley, fresh

1 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Wash the chives and parsley and finely chop them. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and also finely chop it. Place the butter in a bowl and mix in the chopped chives, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Wash and clean the corn. Pour 3 cm of water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Then place the corn cobs in the pot and cook over moderate heat for about 6 minutes, until the corn softens. Remove the cooked corn cobs from the water and place them on a warm serving plate.

Serve the corn while still warm and accompany it with the herb butter.
