Cottage Cheese Cake
Since we dont need an oven for preparation, the light cottage cheese cake is an excellent summer dessert. For even more enjoyment, serve it with fresh fruit or any fruit topping.

Ingredients

5 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

500 ml Milk, whole milk

1 bag Pudding, vanilla

100 g Sugar, white

500 g Cheese, cottage cheese

250 ml Sweet cream

100 g Powdered sugar
Steps

Soak the gelatin in cold water for five minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding from milk, pudding powder, and sugar according to the instructions on the packaging. Once the pudding is ready, squeeze the gelatin and mix it into the warm pudding. Dissolve the gelatin while stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool completely. Stir the pudding occasionally while cooling.

Slowly mix the strained cottage cheese into the cooled pudding. In a bowl with an electric mixer, whip the sweet cream and fold it into the remaining ingredients. Pour the prepared mixture into a cake mold, lightly tapping it to distribute the mixture evenly. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

Once the cake is fully set, remove it from the refrigerator and carefully take it out of the mold. Before serving, sprinkle the top of the set cream with powdered sugar.
