Ingredients
-
8 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
500 ml Milk, skimmed
-
125 g Sugar, white
-
500 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
100 g Blackberries, fresh
-
150 g Raspberries
-
3 spoons Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for ten minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding from milk, pudding powder, and sugar according to the instructions on the packaging.
-
Once the pudding is ready, thoroughly squeeze the gelatin and add it to the warm pudding mixture. Slowly dissolve the gelatin while continuously stirring. Then set the pudding aside and let it cool completely. While the pudding is cooling, stir it occasionally.
-
Gradually mix the cottage cheese into the cooled pudding mixture. In a bowl, whip the sweet cream with an electric mixer until stiff and gently fold it into the remaining ingredients. Pour the prepared mixture into a cake mold, gently shaking it to distribute the mixture evenly. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
-
Carefully remove the cake mold and transfer the set cream onto a larger serving plate. Wash and dry the raspberries and blackberries, then use them to decorate the cottage cheese cake. Dust everything with powdered sugar.
-
Slice the prepared cake into smaller pieces, serve on dessert plates, and enjoy.
