Cottage Cheese Cake with Chocolate Cover (No Dough)
A super delicious and quickly prepared cake that requires only a few basic ingredients. You can use any type of chocolate; we used pink or ruby chocolate. If your favorite choice is white chocolate, you can add a few drops of any food coloring.

150 g Butter, unsalted

200 g Sugar, white

1 piece Sugar, white

1 kg Cheese, cottage cheese

120 g Semolina

100 g chocolate, dark

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a springform cake pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters.

Beat softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one.

Add the cottage cheese and breadcrumbs, mix again, then pour into the pan, reserving 5 tablespoons of the mixture. Smooth the top nicely.

Break or roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler. Add the reserved cottage cheese mixture to the melted chocolate and mix. Carefully spread the chocolate-cottage cheese layer over the top of the cake.

Bake the cake for 50 minutes. After baking, let it cool in the pan. Before removing the ring, carefully separate the cake from it with a knife. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into pieces of any size.
