Ingredients

  • 4 slice Bread, whole grain

  • 150 g Cheese, cottage cheese

  • 2 spoons Sour cream

  • 1 piece Radish

  • 1 piece Cucumbers, sour

  • 10 twig Thyme, raw

  • 0.5 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

  • 1 pinch Salt, table

Steps

  1. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until you get a smooth cottage cheese spread. Wash and clean the radish. Slice it into thin rounds. Wash and slice the cucumber into rounds. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into shorter sticks. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small triangles. Cut two rolls in half.

  2. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the 4 roll halves. On 2 halves, we will make a cat face, and on the other 2, a dog face. Place the cucumber rounds to create the eyes. For the cat, cut the cucumber rounds into triangles and use them for the ears. For the dog, use the radish slices for the ears. Use the bell pepper triangles for the mouth. For the cat, use the chives to make whiskers. For the dog, use a small piece of cucumber to make a nose.

  3. Serve the bread slices immediately.
