Ingredients
-
170 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
300 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
60 g Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Orange, shell
-
1.5 spoons Juice, orange
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
0.25 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
6 spoon Marmalade, orange
-
1.5 spoons Alcohol, Rum
-
pieces chocolate, dark
Steps
-
In a small pot, slowly melt the butter over low heat. In a food processor, finely grind the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
-
Next, prepare the cream. In a bowl, mix the strained cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla aroma, orange zest, and orange juice. In another bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer and gently fold it into the cottage cheese mixture using a hand whisk or spoon.
-
Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, cover the bottom of the glasses with the crushed biscuits (you can press the biscuits firmly against the bottom with your fingers or the back of a spoon), then layer the cottage cheese cream and the remaining biscuits. Finish with a layer of cream. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for a while to let the dessert cool (for at least 30 minutes).
-
Just before serving, mix the marmalade and rum in a small bowl. Take the glasses out of the refrigerator and decorate the dessert with the marmalade. Grate some dark and/or white chocolate on top and serve the prepared dessert.
