500 g Cheese, cottage cheese

400 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

1 piece Egg, fresh

250 ml Sweet cream

120 g Cheese, Gouda

30 g Butter, unsalted

60 g Nuts, hazelnuts

200 g Fish, salmon, smoked

pieces Spices, crumpet, dried

Steps

Press the cottage cheese, add sifted flour and an egg, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the hazelnuts, toast them in a pan with a little butter, and transfer them to a bowl. Pour sweet cream into the pan. When it boils, turn off the heat and add grated aged gouda to the hot cream. Season with salt, gently stir, and let the cheese melt.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, shape the gnocchi, and cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the cooked gnocchi.

Toss the drained gnocchi with the cheese sauce and sprinkle with roughly chopped smoked sea bass, fresh chives, and toasted hazelnuts.
