Beat the butter, which has been brought to room temperature, until fluffy. Add the pressed cottage cheese and finely chopped fresh herbs, then season with salt to taste. In a separate bowl, whip the sweet cream until stiff. Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Place the cottage cheese mousse in the refrigerator to chill.
