Ingredients
-
190 g Butter, unsalted
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
0.75 teaspoons Lemon zest, fresh
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
800 g Cheese, cottage cheese
-
100 g Semolina
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
200 g Blueberry, raw
-
pieces Sugar, white
Steps
-
Add lemon zest, regular and vanilla sugar to the softened butter and mix it into a creamy consistency using an electric mixer.
-
Gradually, one by one, mix the eggs into the butter mixture. Once all the eggs are added and a uniform mixture is obtained, mix in the cottage cheese.
-
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: breadcrumbs, pudding powder, a pinch of salt, and baking powder. Add the mixture to the cottage cheese cream and mix everything together to form a uniform mass.
-
Lightly grease the baking dish with butter. Pour about 2/3 of the cottage cheese mixture into it and spread it evenly over the entire surface with a spatula, smoothing the top. Sprinkle about 2/3 of the blueberries over the mixture. Cover the blueberries with the remaining cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle the rest of the blueberries on top.
-
Bake the pastry for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 185 degrees Celsius. It is done when the top turns golden brown.
-
Let the baked pastry cool well before serving. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces, and serve.
