Cottage Cheese Ravioli in Cream Sauce

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni, whole grain

2 dl Sweet cream

30 g Butter, unsalted

2 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, white

5 twig Parsley, fresh

30 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Thoroughly wash the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop it. Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove (see tips). Wait for the water to boil, then add the ravioli and cook them for the time indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, slowly heat the butter and cream in a larger pot. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Wait for the sauce to come to a boil, then mix it well and remove it from the heat.

Drain the cooked ravioli well and transfer them to the pot with the sauce. Mix everything well with a cooking spoon. Serve the prepared dish on plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, and enjoy.

Advice
When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta, and 10 to 12 grams of salt per liter of water. You can also make cottage cheese ravioli yourself.
