Beat the butter until fluffy and mix it with pressed cottage cheese, sour cream, delicatessen horseradish, chopped horseradish sprouts, salt, and pepper.

Quickly blanch the apple slices in sweet water and glaze them with melted flower honey. Cool the glazed slices.

Cut the cooled slices into small cubes and add them to the cottage cheese with horseradish. Gently fold everything into whipped sweet cream to make the spread extra light. Optionally, add raisins blanched in white wine.
