400 g Cheese, cottage cheese

1 spoon Oil, olive

1 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Mix sour cream, low-fat cottage cheese, and olive oil thoroughly with a fork until a thick mixture forms. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Squeeze half of the lemon and add the juice to the prepared mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the wild garlic leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Mix three-quarters of the chopped wild garlic into the cottage cheese. Serve the mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream in a separate bowl and sprinkle the remaining wild garlic on top. Offer it to guests along with slices of homemade bread.

Advice
In addition to the leaves, you can also chop the buds, flowers, or stems of wild garlic, as all parts of the plant are edible. If using the wild garlic bulb, be aware that it has a quite pungent flavor. Therefore, we recommend using it in smaller quantities.
