Cottage Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts in Cream Sauce with Malvasia

200 ml Sweet cream

200 ml Alcohol, Wine, White

Steps

Clean the chicken breasts and make a slit on the side with the tip of a knife to create a pocket.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil. Strain the cottage cheese and mix it with the sautéed onion and garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stuff the chicken breasts with this mixture and secure the pockets with toothpicks to prevent them from opening during cooking.

Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on all sides in hot butter until they turn golden brown. Then place the breasts in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 8 minutes.

Mix the sweet cream with the wine and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, and thicken with cornstarch. Remove the prepared sauce from the heat and serve with the baked chicken breasts.
