Ingredients
-
1 bag Fish, shrimp
-
1 piece Juice, lemon
-
1 bag Couscous, dry
-
4 pieces Shallot
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
1 bag Apricot, dry
-
1.5 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps
-
Peel the shallots, wash them thoroughly, clean them, and finely chop them. Cut the dried apricots into smaller, equally sized pieces. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
-
Place a larger pot on the stove and pour in as much water as indicated on the packaging. Add a teaspoon of salt and wait for the water to boil. Then, add the couscous to the pot and mix it well.
-
Immediately remove the pot from the heat, cover it with a lid, and wait for about 5 minutes for the couscous to absorb the water. Thoroughly rinse the shrimp under running water, then dry them with paper towels.
-
Place a larger pan on the stove and heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Quickly sauté the shallots, then add the shrimp and cook them for about five minutes, stirring constantly to ensure even cooking.
-
Combine the ingredients in a larger bowl, pour in the lemon juice, add two tablespoons of olive oil, mix everything well, serve on plates, and offer to your guests.

Advice
Shallots can be replaced with a larger onion. To make the salad even fresher, you can drizzle it with grapefruit juice. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them at room temperature first.
