Crackers with Chia Seeds and Sesame
Why buy crackers when you can make much tastier ones yourself? They wont take much of your time, and the given quantities will yield quite a lot. Stored in an airtight container, they can last for at least a week. But trust me, youll finish them much sooner.

Ingredients

200 g Flour, Whole wheat

1 teaspoon Salt, table

3 spoons Flaxseed

3 spoons Sesame seeds, roasted

100 g Butter, unsalted

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Mix whole wheat flour, salt, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and softened butter to form a dough. Gradually add water until you get a soft dough that can be easily rolled out.

Roll out the prepared dough thinly between two sheets of baking paper (about 5 mm thick). If the dough sticks to the paper while rolling, sprinkle it with flour. Cut out desired shapes (heart, star, etc.) or simply cut the dough into pieces with a knife.

Place the crackers on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 14 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Let the baked crackers cool. Once cooled, serve them or store them in an airtight container.
