125 g Butter, unsalted

100 g Sugar, white

1 bag Sugar, white

400 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

Steps

In a bowl, add softened butter, regular and vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix well.

Add flour and baking powder, then quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and flour. Fill a piping bag with the mixture, using a star-shaped nozzle.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough on a clean surface dusted with flour or powdered sugar. The dough should be no more than half a centimeter thick. Cut out circles about 7 centimeters in diameter and place them on the baking tray.

Pipe a line of cream in the center of each circle, then lift the empty ends and press them together.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough. Let them cool before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
