Ingredients

0.25 bouquet Basil, fresh

5 spoon Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

5 pieces Fish, anchovy fillets in oil

0.5 pod Garlic, fresh

4 spoon Juice, lemon

pieces Worcestershire sauce

2 pinch Spices, pepper, white
Steps

Rinse the basil sprigs under running water if necessary and dry them well. Then pluck the leaves from the sprigs. Add them to an electric mixer along with the mayonnaise, yogurt, anchovies, lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix the ingredients until a smooth and creamy mixture is formed.

Season the prepared dressing to taste with pepper and pour it into a jar for storage. Close the jar and keep it in the refrigerator until use.

Advice
