Creamy Chicken Salad with Greens and Cranberries

Ingredients

120 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 spoons Mayonnaise

1 spoon Juice, lemon

0.25 teaspoons Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

pieces Thyme, raw

400 g Meat, chicken, breasts

1 handful Cranberries, dried

pieces Green, raw

0.5 piece Onion, raw
Steps

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (or sour cream), lemon juice, salt, and ground pepper. Finally, stir in the chopped chives.

Clean and wash the celery. Cut it into pieces, peel the onion, and slice it thinly. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cranberries and the yogurt dressing. Mix the ingredients well. Taste the salad and season it further with salt, ground pepper, and/or lemon juice if needed.

Enjoy the prepared salad with bread or crackers, or wrap it in a tortilla and eat it as a wrap.
