Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
400 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
1 spoon Butter, unsalted
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Place a large pot of water on the stove to cook the noodles. When the water boils, salt it and add the noodles, cooking them for the time specified on the package. Drain the cooked noodles and keep them warm until use.
-
Wash the chicken breasts and thoroughly dry them with a paper towel. Lightly pound the meat with a mallet, then place a ribbed pan on the stove, add oil, and heat it. Season the breasts with salt, place them in the heated oil, and slowly cook first on one side (about 10 minutes), then on the other. While cooking, cover the pan with a lid to ensure the meat cooks well. Slice the cooked meat and place it in a covered bowl to keep it warm.
-
Melt butter in the pan used to cook the meat, then add cooking cream and salt to taste. Quickly cook the sauce over high heat. Once the sauce thickens, remove the pan from the heat.
-
Arrange the noodles on plates, pour the sauce over them, and top with the sliced chicken breasts. Use a pepper mill to lightly pepper everything. Serve the dish with a glass of semi-sweet white wine.

Advice
Chicken can also be seasoned with rosemary, fresh basil, parsley, thyme, oregano, dill … the latter pairs especially well with sweet dishes - such as cooking cream. The choice is varied, just be careful not to overdo it with the amount of seasoning. If using rosemary or thyme, its better to use them as standalone seasonings, as they have a very strong aroma. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 g of salt. Lemon juice also pairs excellently with chicken, so you can marinate it before cooking in a marinade of freshly squeezed lemon juice and herbs. When cooking the sauce, be careful not to burn it. Cook the sauce without a lid! To enhance the flavor of the pasta, you can add a tablespoon of butter or a cheese spread.
