Creamy Garlic Soup

Ingredients

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 piece Onion, raw

2 piece Potatoes, white

800 ml Soup base, chicken, cube

1 bouquet Spinach, raw

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

4 spoon Sour cream
Steps

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into smaller pieces. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion. Add the chopped potatoes and fry them together with the onion, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in the soup base, partially cover the pot, and cook until the potatoes are completely softened.

While the potatoes are cooking, clean the garlic leaves, wash them, and roughly chop them. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the garlic leaves to the pot and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat and blend the soup smoothly with an immersion blender. Return the pot to the stove and mix in one tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil, and then remove from heat. Serve the soup in deep bowls or soup cups, garnish with sour cream, and serve.

Advice
