Creamy Ice Cream with Nutella (No Machine Needed)
A simple, delicious, and very creamy ice cream made with just three ingredients - cream, Nutella, and condensed milk. You dont need an ice cream maker for this recipe, and you can optionally mix in any additional ingredients you like, such as nuts, chocolate chunks, caramel, or chocolate spread.

Ingredients

500 g Sweet cream

170 g Milk, powdered, whole milk

200 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts

Pour the sweet cream into a bowl and lightly whip it with an electric mixer. It doesn’t need to be whipped to stiff peaks, just enough to thicken and firm up slightly.

Add condensed milk to the Nutella and mix the two ingredients well until you get a smooth and uniform mixture. This makes it easier to incorporate the Nutella into the cream.

Add the mixture to the whipped cream and mix everything together with an electric mixer on low speed until you get a thick chocolate cream. Transfer the mixture into a container for freezing.

Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and store it in the freezer for at least 5 hours (or overnight).

Take the ice cream out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving. The easiest way to serve it is to dip an ice cream scoop in hot water and then scoop out a portion of ice cream. Optionally, you can add melted chocolate, caramelized nuts, banana, crushed cookies, or other toppings to the ice cream.
