-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
200 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
2 spoons Sugar, brown
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
Filling
-
800 g Cheese, creamy
-
200 g Sour cream
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
3 drops Vanilla, extract, natural
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
50 ml Milk, skimmed
-
2 spoons Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
8 pieces Passion fruit, fresh
Za model
- 1 teaspoon Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Grease the cake pan with butter and prepare the biscuit base. Melt the butter in a small bowl and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the prepared biscuit mixture evenly over the bottom of the greased pan. Press the mixture firmly with your hands to form a solid base.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese spread, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix slowly with an electric mixer. Increase the speed slightly and gradually mix in the eggs, milk, and finally the flour. Once you have a smooth mixture, pour it over the biscuit base. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
-
Allow the baked cake to cool in the oven with the door slightly open. While the cake is cooling, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Place the fruit pulp in a small bowl and mash it well with a fork.
-
Remove the cooled cake from the pan and place it on a serving plate. Evenly spread the passion fruit pulp over the top of the cake. Slice the cake into portions, serve on plates, and enjoy.

Advice
You can also crush the biscuits by placing them in a bag and using a rolling pin. Its best to use the creamiest cream cheese spread. Passion fruit is the fruit of a perennial vine originating from Brazil. When the skin is deeply wrinkled, it can be eaten fresh. If you dont have passion fruit, you can substitute it with other fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, etc.).
